How To Create Peace On Your Inside for Better Results (Part 1).

Asides the fact that the greatest peace comes from feeling and having the presence of God, we also have the obligation to create that peaceful life for our everyday living.

There are times when we try to cloud our minds with things that matter and things that really truely do not matter (stop for a minute and ask yourself, what is bothering my mind now and does it really matter?)

We often get so carried away in our thoughts that we barely know or have time to sort out which is right for us at the moment and which is not.

I can tell you this because I know and I have been there. I was once called a thinker box, I travel in my own mind in less than 5mins, I remember then in school, I could be having a lecture and I am gone in thoughts, one day I had a friend walk up to me and tell me, you really should stop this act and I wondered what it was, he has been observing me and he had noticed that I think a lot.

He spoke for a while then he asked, can you share a bit of your thoughts with me? So I know if I can help out?

I paused for a minute and it was almost like I saw my head spin 360 degrees in half a second count. I could not place my head on one thing at the moment, I realised that even though I knew I was going through a lot in my life which I had placed in my head, I was unsettled with the important and unimportant thoughts.

I then started out on a journey to crave for peace of mind, I knew I was troubled and I needed to find peace.

Now what do I mean by peace?

Like Albert Einstein said "Peace is not the absence of war but the presence of justice, law and order"

This means I necessarily did not have to stop thinking but I had to think better and for results.

So what then can one do to achieve that peace that brings about result:

In often times people say meditation but I did try it and I still
do it, but sometimes the level at which I was always thinking made me get carried away while meditating but now with some form of healing it works a lot better. So for a few it works 100% but for a few like myself it works 60% from the initial stage.

My number one will be:

- Consciously say those things out; I love to say this, it is so good to learn to talk to yourself sometimes(not all the time though) because it alerts your conscious self.

That is just the way affirmations work, the very first step to make those correction is to consciously say them out, in that way you can hear yourself and clearly state which thought actually was not relevant, and there is a connection between your mind and your person which helps you rethink and rather than wallow in those things you are saying it quickens the mind in how to work out solutions.

Saying it out also gives you a better form of understanding, "yes" these things are worth my thought but some are priority.

To avoid information overload, I will be giving the other steps in my next post.

But please try this and send me a message on how it goes?
