Happy Easter my people, how are we doing today? We thank our Almighty God for sending his son to die for us on the cross and paying the price for our sins.
Today we will be joining the world to celebrate World Health Day (WHO). More often than not we tend to put our tummy into consideration before putting into consideration if what we put in our mouth is good for our body or not. I would rather advice it is the other way round, consider what you put into your mouth before considering your tummy. Of what benefit will it be after eating then you have to stool for the rest of the day. We should try to consider eating neat, eating right to stay healthy.
I should believe everyone someway somehow in the rush to quench hunger would eat food that will end up giving us running tummy. I have fallen victim a number of times.We should put into consideration taking into our mouth what is neat, what good for our body, what nourishes us and what keeps us strong.
If food must get into your mouth then it should be healthy and what do we call healthy food, a healthy food to me is a Balanced Meal. Balanced diet is putting the appropriate number of nutrients our body needs to function. Right number of Carbohydrate, Protein, Calcium, Iron e.t.c.
I think its better we spend to eat right then spend to treat to feel right.
Let's look into a very essential part of our eating healthy. Fruits we eat and how important they are to our body.
Fruits can never be overrated. The little fruit we take into our month does a whole lot to our body. Do you know fruits can save you from spending a whole lot of exercise, rather than going to the gym to put in all you've got you could take the right amount of fruits and stick to jogging daily and you will be a perfect fit.
I am obsessed fruit lover and smoothies just makes fruits a lot interesting. Many thanks to @sofreshmarketng for always been there to attend to my fruit needs.
